Are also exempt from the payment of the stay tax::

• registered at the Municipality of San Gimignano;
• those who care for patients admitted to health facilities in the area;
• relatives and kin to the fourth degree who go to visit people detained at the House of Detention Ranza;
• those staying in accommodation as a result of measures taken by public authorities, to deal with emergency situations resulting from disasters or extraordinary event or for purposes of humanitarian relief;
• The bus drivers and tour guides who provide assistance to organized groups of travelers. The exemption is applied for each bus driver and an accompanying every twenty-five participants;
• the employees of the accommodation.
