GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a
contract neither for the client nor
for Azienda Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino.
The booking request represents an
order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for
Azienda Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino, on whose part
remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Azienda
Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino sent to the client is binding
for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract
with options.
If a deposit is requested or credit
card details, the client must send these within the indicated time
period to the direction of Azienda Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino
in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely
confirmed.
At which point Azienda Agricola

confirmation e-mail.

you by e-mail or fax) that you should show when checking-in at our
hotel.
Arrival (check-in): the apartments will be available from 15.00 to
19.00 (It is possible to leave your luggage earlier).
Departure (check-out): it's necessary to leave the apartments not later
than 10.00 am.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the
booking, you will be charged
for the full amount of the deposit.

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation,
execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which
the present conditions are applied, in which a part Azienda Agricola

the competence of the local law courts of Siena.
